A few days ago, we received a wonderful letter from a customer.
While we know there are still many areas where we can improve, such as our phone support and product explanations, receiving words like these from our customers is incredibly encouraging.
I clearly remember how happy I was to receive kind and considerate words from customers even after the earthquake a year ago, when they placed their orders.
Moving forward, we will continue to do our best to meet our customers’ needs in various ways, not just with our products, striving for continuous improvement.
