Recently, Kikuimo (Jerusalem artichoke) was featured on the TV program “Takeshi’s Family Medical Care,” in a segment focused on reducing neutral fat.
The program explained the mechanism by which “inulin” contained in kikuimo helps lower neutral fat. Furthermore, it highlighted that this inulin also promotes beneficial bacteria in the gut, contributing to the improvement of the intestinal environment.
The program also introduced people from Tokushima Prefecture.
