About a year ago, with the aim of expanding our sales channels, we visited a department store in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, to sell our kikuimo (Jerusalem artichoke) products.
While kikuimo has recently gained attention in Japan, it seems it’s still not widely known in Taiwan.
We hope to introduce kikuimo to many more people and contribute to their health in the future.
